The pets are on patrol
The yard has companions now — and every one of them is up for
adoption. The Guard
Corgi is a goofball with a real job: he bonks pests where it hurts and comes
trotting back to check on you. The Copycat Turtle wears a cat face
painted on his shell, and the pests fall for it every time — when he’s had
enough, he shells up and waits it out. And Doc Toad hops along behind you, carrying a
circle of mending wherever he lands.
Each one changes how a run feels — a bodyguard, a decoy, a medic — and
they stack with everything else on the shelf. Find them in
Provisions, and give the corgi a scritch for us.

The storm takes the yard
Weather came to the war, and it did not come quietly. Storms roll in over the fence
in five moods — from a whisper of rain to a full tempest — with rain that
falls in carpets, gusts that carry leaves and debris clean across the yard, and
lightning that picks its moments, striking where the fight is thickest. Puddles
are born, spread, and join into ponds while you defend; the yard remembers every
storm a little while after it passes.
And a word to the brave: the twelve waves you know keep their weather on a leash.
Past the fence, the leash comes off — the
tempest out there belongs to the deep yard alone.

Ten bosses, one sparring yard
Every boss in Cute Kitty WAR is authored by hand — ten of them, each
with a signature move that is theirs alone and a second act that changes the fight
midway. No two play alike, and no boss ever rolls dice on what it is: the randomness
lives in when and where, never in who.
Beat the yard and the sparring opens: Boss Challenge lets you pick a rematch
with any boss you’ve met, on your terms. And at the top of the
danger ladder, the yard stops being polite — the final
danger fields two bosses at once. Meet them all in
the Bestiary.
